Refund policy

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Local Nutrition. If you are not satisfied with a full-priced item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less a 10% fee to cover shipping and restocking.

Our return policy does not apply to all items. See below for a list of exceptions.

Return of Local Nutrition products purchased from Amazon

Many issues can be resolved with Local Nutrition customer service. Please reach out directly to support@localnutrition.co and include your Amazon order number and the nature of the return/exchange.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@localnutrition.co. Please supply your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Return Exceptions

Our return policy does not apply to all items. Below is a list of items that cannot be returned\exchanged and cannot be refunded.

• Subscription purchases (Unless the item arrived damaged)
